    So on the screen-shot in the post above my initial post there would be a description to the left of the word 'Auto'? It's just not shown on the screen-shot?

    Comment from a non-ebird user (I use BirdTrack) - how do you know where a set of co-ordinates relates to if they're all called 'Auto selected' and you don't name them?
