Trachystemon orientalis, one of the Boraginaceae, which is sometimes naturalised + can form extensive patches. I know of one such patch near Richmond Park,

Ah so not a native wildflower then. It was growing in a very old country graveyard, so possibly brought as a grave decoration sometime in the past?

Guess it's possible, but would seem an odd choice for a grave decoration as it isn't that showy + a rather brief flowering period.
