Fulvetta from Hunan, China (1 Viewer)

Took this bird in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, initially IDed as David's Fulvetta but realised that the Grey-cheeked Fulvetta has been split to several species and was unsure about the ranges of the various splits.

Referred to Song et al. (2009) and eBird for the ranges, noted that Huet's Fulvetta is in SE China, which is quite near to David's Fulvetta, which seems to be the most likely option (assumed that Yunnan Fulvetta is out of range for this location). Am trying to obtain the ID through geographical elimination since the supercilium of the bird cant be seen in the pictures.

Appreciate any help in the ID!

Hunan is too far west for Huet's, and Yunnan doesn't extend out of Yunnan or Sichuan provinces. I think you're safe with David's Fulvetta
