Ducks and Shore birds Forsythe NWR, NJ Oct. 20, 2018 (1 Viewer)

These ducks have me confused, I would think some kind of Hybrid if I didn't have two basically identical ducks. I've included a picture that shows them in comparison to a Gadwall for size reverence, which should most likely, put them in the Teal family.
The shorebird I thought was a Dunlin or a Semipalmated Sandpiper but the hunched back is confusing me, that looks like a Dowitcher but the colors seem all wrong.
