Teal species Ontario canada (1 Viewer)

I would say Green-winged Teal. Would expect Blue-winged to have more strongly marked head with white crescents above/below eye, more pronounce loral spot + longer/deeper bill. Also Green-winged typically shows the white stripe below the tail.
