The pattern of this wheatear tail is like a Black-eared Wheatear. My the other guess is Pied Wheatear.


Seen: 4 Oct. 2019 - Qom / Iran (semi-desert)

Nice shot:t: It’s sometimes hard to envisage the actual spread of a small Passerine’s wings as they flit about until you see it frozen as in this image.
