Yes to 1, 4, and 5.

I'm not sure about 2 (can't tell if the mottled underside is real or just a photo artefact).

Yes, 3 is an Empidonax flycatcher, but I can't tell which one. Going by the back color, I suspect that it is on the Willow/Alder axis, but I'm not even sure of that.
 
The underside of the sandpiper was spotted, it is more easily visible in the high-res photo before i downsized it.

I agree with all your identifications, particularly #3. |;|

But seriously, #3 could be an Alder or a Willow, as Peter C. said. Did you happen to hear it call?
