Can someone help me verify if this is a yellow-throated warbler or something else? Thank you!

No, it's a male Yellow-rumped Warbler of the western form; 'Audubon's Warbler'.

You only get Yellow-throated Warblers in the US south east.

Audubon's subspecies of YRW. The yellow on the crown is a quick way to separate the two. Also, YRW lacks the white supercillium and has a much darker breast and a yellow flash on the sides of breast not connected with the yellow throat.

I almost had a heart attack when I saw the thread! A Yellow-throated Warbler in BC would be super extraordinary.

It is indeed the western (Audubon's) form of Yellow-rumped Warbler, the one with the yellow throat.
