Gambian lizard ID? (1 Viewer)

i just fed back the ID to the person who asked me to post this pic and they are adamant this is not Agama agama. This is on the basis that the local morph of A. agama, Yellow-headed agama, as the commonest lizard in Gambia is very familiar to the observer, and this lizard engaged in behaviour not seen in that species (raising of opposite feet - apparently as a cooling strategy). Anybody care to comment?
