great tit from Sri Lanka (1 Viewer)

this photo taken in Sri Lanka Hunas Falls 2.2.12
the underparts are white.
the guide book I have for Sri Lanka (Helm :Warakagoda and others)has it as Great Tit Parus major

the European Collins has all forms incl. (J) as yellowish below.
is it the same bird as in Europe and ME? sub species?
