I believe this is a Lincoln Sparrow but would like to be 100% sure. Can anyone confirm definitively please? TIA! Southern NH, U.S.

Juvenile Lincoln's, Swamp, and Song Sparrows are very similar. The bright rufous on the wings inclines me toward Swamp, but that is not at all definitive.

I would call this a juvenile swamp sparrow. The head shape and nape/back pattern look better for swamp than Lincoln’s which can be extremely similar as juvies

I agree. Perched Lincoln's Sparrows nearly always raise their hackles, making for a different and distinctive head shape, relative to Song and Swamp.

Can Song be ruled out by crown pattern, as, at least in my experience, juv Songs tend toward stronger, paler, and more-obvious central crown stripe?
