Pipit in Arugam Bay, Sri Lanka (February 2018) (1 Viewer)

Good day, everyone!
I've stuck with IDing this pipit (for me they all look the same |=)|).
My guess: Richard's Pipit. But it should have an extremely long claw on its rear toe, and the one at the photo below has a somewhat medium claw. So I'm confused. Help, please.

Juvenile Paddyfield, quite recently fledged. Tawny is a vagrant to Sri Lanka and wouldn't be in this plumage in Feb. while Paddyfield multi-broods throughout the year.
