Kite ID, Please ??

Is this a juvenile Black kite [milvus migrans]?

The crest is a bit confusing.

Hmmm... a bit tricky, but I agree with you, I think it is a Black Kite. I'm no expert on European birds though. I looked in my "Birds of Europe" field guide and from what I can tell, the book's representation and the picture you have are very similar.
