could someone help identifying this small bird, grey & white feathers, black line running from beak to eyes seen hopping on beach sidewalk & grass planted area of Arpoador, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, June 2016. I thought it might be a Bem-te-vi (Pitangus lictor) because it's such a common bird there but the colours are wrong. Have done online search but so far no luck. I'm very new to this, many thanks in advance!
