Lunar Underwing? (1 Viewer)

Can anyone please confirm if this moth is a Lunar Underwing or if not correctly identify it for me? Any help will be appreciated

Not a Lunar Underwing imo. I'd have suggested Beaded Chestnut ...


Have you tried popping it in the fridge (or freezer for c60 seconds) and gently lifting the upperwing up with a long needle or similar to see the hindwing?

I'd have favoured Beaded Chestnut with the same advice.....
