Fiscal Flycatcher or Shrike? (1 Viewer)

In Namibia, Caprivi, along the river Okavanga, I have seen two of these birds together, sticking together. According my book it could be a Fiscal Flycatcher, because of the beak, but it is not the region to be seen. It could be a Fiscal Shrike, but the beak is not so heavy.
Can someone give me the right ID?
