Swift 804 Eye Relief Spec (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know the Eye Relief specification for ca. 1997 Swift "HR/5 Fully Multicoated" 8.5x44 Model 804's?

14 mm, from my memory.

I'm pretty sure that that Elkcub knows and can correct me.

Edit: I just checked the first thread in this Swift section, "Historical Review ... ", and one of
post 15's pdf files lists the ER for the Audubon of that period as 14 mm.

14mm is generous IMO. I think it is closer to 12mm. It is pretty short.

And of course there is the difference between the spec (from the last glass surface) and the "usable" ER. That might be the difference between 14mm and 12mm.

Thanks for the replies...now that I'm primarily wearing glasses rather than contacts I'm looking to move into something with greater relief than the Swifts, so it's useful to have something to compare specs to.
