Woodpeckers (1 Viewer)

Hi Wilko and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

I'm not sure about all woodpecker species, but I'm pretty sure some utilise existing holes. I've therefore moved your post to the Bird Behaviour forum and subscribed you to the thread so you can find it easily and will be notified of any replies.

Does your question only relate to British birds or all the ones that can be found world-wide? There's hundreds of them LOL

I hope you enjoy your time here with us.
