lesser-grey shrike

anyone go see the lesser-grey shrike at shingle street i went to see it and forgot my camera but i stell got a pic with my phone and one lenss of my bins not the best pic but its ok

Good find, birdthing. Red-backed and Woodchat Shrikes can be found in this part of France but I've yet to spot a Lesser Grey, although I've been told there are one or two in this area. Must keep trying.................

went last monday, a nice female and got very good views, although I too forgot my camera. C'est la vie!

I visited it on saturday, sunday and tuesday... I only live 30 miles away so nice to have such a good bird so close, not an opportunity to be missed! It was very showy on all three occasions and I took a lot of pics (2000+ ), some of which can be seen here...

I think this is only the 6th Suffolk record, and the first since 1996.
