Its doing a good job of hiding its useful features, but its another Meadow Pipit Ben.

Well, the fine streaks at the flanks and no sign of long hindclaw made me think Tree Pipit, but.. the bill is too thin/weak.. so I'll guess it's another Meadow Pipt.

It's definitely Mipit - can almost hear it calling in those photos, nice one.
