Cooper's/Sharp-shinned Hawk, Manitoba, Canada (1 Viewer)

I know these are two species pretty difficult to distinguish, but if there are any tips can be extracted from these photos whether it is a Cooper's or Sharp-shinned hawk?

I'm gonna go with Sharpie and only because after enlarging the second image, its legs looked too narrow for a Cooper's
