I know these are two species pretty difficult to distinguish, but if there are any tips can be extracted from these photos whether it is a Cooper's or Sharp-shinned hawk?

I'm gonna go with Sharpie and only because after enlarging the second image, its legs looked too narrow for a Cooper's

Sharp-shinned for me, especially in the second image with the flight shape and squared tail.
