I recorded this video on July 17 of this year, about 7:00 pm, in northeast Mississippi. (Just now thought of asking you about it ) Is this kind of behavior normal with cardinals? I have never seen anything like it. Why does the female flutter her wings so, and why can't she feed herself? The pair continued doing this for several minutes; I had to shorten the video so I could attach it here.
