Hello Birdforum (1 Viewer)

Just joined the forum and wanted to say hello. I live in Washington state and bird/wildlife watching is one of my main hobbies. Excited to be a part of the forum and learn and share with you all.

Hi there and a warm welcome to you from those of us on staff here at BirdForum :t:

Hi Say'sPhoebe and a warm welcome from me too.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I hope to hear about all the birds you see when out and about.

Welcome to BirdForum! I am sure you will find lots to interest you here, and I hope you enjoy your visits.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Say’s Phoebes are some of my favorite birds, used to have a family that nested yearly on my front porch.

Thank you all.

We have a say's phoebe that has been nesting under the eave of our shop.

I am not a full on birder but more of a wildlife observer / deer hunter who watches the birds when there isn't any other wildlife around and as you all know that's most of the time. I had a great professor in college whom I took a birding class with. Before the class I didn't pay a lot of attention to the birds but I pay great attention to them now. It has made me a much more patient hunter and probably even more patient person overall.
