Do the pattern of tails and secondaries look good for Tawny Eagle? may be a subadult Eastern Imperial Eagle?

good point Xuky, they look better for IEI indeed and some new coverts are really dark, so despite rather dark iris and not so big bill, you may well be right with EIE
