Could someone please help me to ID this wagtail please? Is it a yellow or a grey? Thank you in advance.

It's a Grey Wagtail. There aren't many Yellow Wags in the country yet and one would certainly be a good record down on the canal.

Yellow Wag would be green on the back(male)or brownish(female). The complete underparts would be yellow, brighter in males. Young have brownishbacks and a fawn wash to whitish underparts.
Grey wagtail is ALWAYS grey on the back.Males have a black bib on the chin in summer, white throat in winter.Young are much like adult female.
