Who is this raptor? (Boulder, Colorado, USA) (1 Viewer)

I don’t know much about birds, but I’d like to figure out who this is! I’ve seen this fella several times over the last few months hunting from the balcony at the end of my hall at work (in Boulder, Colorado). It’s a bit bigger than a crow, wing span of about 3-4 feet. Anyone know who this is??

The Red-tailed Hawk is the most common hawk in the United States and it will hunt in urban areas. Here is an article about them in Manhattan.
