I wouldn't rely on the moustache being there in an image like this, and I'd be wary of interpreting other features from this image too. And is that a white edge to the tail? My hunch is Western, but not sure. I'd wait for a keen-eyed local.
 
Hmm, it does also look like the breast might be yellow as well (looking at the 1 pixel strip thats visible, that is)... perhaps, probably Western

I have a fair amount of experience with Western and Cassin's Kingbirds, and I would leave this as unidentified.
 
And the Bushtit is a female. And I lean toward Western for the kingbird, but solely on the strength of the apparently quite-black tail. However, I'm even more comfortable with "Cassin's/Western Kingbird."
