Seen yesterday, flying SE. Gull freaks out there - what do you think?

pale mantled fuscus type, so, at this time of year could be either graellsii or intermedius or heuglini. you can't tell them apart in adult alternate plumage.
 
graellsii or intermedius - understood, but not just slightly too much white on outer primaries for heuglini?
 
Ok, just cleared the backlog in my knowledge of heuglini plumages - it apparently can have this much white

surely not. quite some heuglini have p9 mirrors. and black goes down to p4 (as an almost complete band). and black on p8 reaches primary coverts. all ok for heuglini but well within variation of the western taxons...
