I guess it's just the angle, but I couldn't help thinking that the bill was a bit small for E. Wood-pewee.

Any chance this is Willow/Alder, or does the hint of a "vest" on the underparts rule that out?

Angle certainly comes into it as the head is turned noticeably away from the camera. And at least on my monitor there’s more than just a hint of a vest.
