I am closer to Ken with Rough-winged S. I assume Southern RW would be really rare that far north?

The distinct tail-fork and I think the darker 'wingpits' point toward a martin. According to eBird, Gray-breasted Martin is found in and around PV in November while Purple Martin is not. Also there are no reports of Sinaloa Martin from PV, Mexico, or anywhere in November.
