First 2 Wheatears I guess, but not exactly sure which kind.

Not sure about the other 2 species.

Thank you, PYRTLE. It was March last year when I visited Cyprus.

I thought photo #1 could be Isabelline as well.
 
My take would be
1+3 - Isabelline Wheatear
2 - Northern Wheatear
4 - Dunlins (foreground) and a Kentish Plover
 
Don’t the dark cantered median & lesser coverts plus the very thick flaring eyestripe rule out Issy for the second bird, I’ve never seen an Issy like that surely it’s a Northern. Agree with Issy for the other two Wheatears.

Edit, Sorry Roland I misread your post thought you meant 1-3 not 1 & 3. ��
