What's This?
A white-beaked finch passerine amongst a flock of scaly-breasted munia (identical in size) in a marshy plantation in Port Dickson, Peninsular Malaysia. 6/11/2018

Shot from a nearby hotel.

That would be the most likely option, although it looks a little dark in some of the images. Another possibility would be juvenile White-rumped Munia, but why would it be mixing with a flock of Scaly-breasted?
 
Moulting immature Chestnut Munia based on combination of new chestnut feathers on underparts (left side), new black feathers on head and shadow effect of hood.

The Weavers in the others 2 links are Baya.
