Anyone have any idea what bird this is?

'Seventhed', am in agreement, but what happened to the 'it's a tufted titmouse because of its smallish size, uniform greyish upperparts and small crest etc' to help new birders or even others viewing? Granted, maybe the poster doesn't always want to know why, often it's helpful though?
