According to the websites, the Princeton one has 48 more pages but Helm has one more colour plate...The information may not be accurate though.

I have the Princeton at home and it has 240 pages.
I think I remember this has been discussed before and the end result was no real difference between the two version. I have used the Princeton version in Chile and has not felt I missed anything.
