I suggest we break our rule and go with Sociable Weaver in this case: The species is endemic to southern Africa and I do not know of a single southern African field guide that uses the name Social Weaver. There is also potential for confusion with the Social-Weavers (genus Pseudonigrta) of north-eastern Africa.
