I saw this lizard on a tree today and he's just beautiful but I cannot identify him. Any help is appreciated!

Nice pic robin. went to the Botanical Gardens in 2009 in January and they were having the Chipotle (spelling) display of glass there. The place is definetly a must see in Pheonix. Got a life bird there, cactus wren and some others but the flowers, butterfly garden and scenery was great.
