Sure is! It's the most commonly used one as well
Although the Dutch Birding website no longer hosts a forum, there are some interesting discussions on id/status in the picture gallery. Obviously, most comments on both websites are in Dutch.

New: On www.waarneming.nl on the upper right corner you change change the language ("Taal") from dutch to english, etc.
