Can anyone please I/D this moth, I was thinking it was possibly an ill defined Hebrew Character. Any help will be appreciated.

Agreed it's a Clouded Drab. They are very variable. Some of the more regular colour patterns involve a lot of grey, silver and burgundy. I sometimes get a pale straw coloured one with dark brown markings inside the outer cross-line which looks very like a twin-spot quaker.
