Sorry for the poor quality but this bird was very distant.
I was thinking on a winchat but doesn't seem to fit quite right.

Anybody any idea what it could be or is there just not enough detail to ID it.

Looks a bit Pipit like but I don't think there's enough here for a definite ID?

Yes, looks like African Pipit, but too blurry to be sure.
