Exactly my thoughts when I skimmed through this morning.
As the mechanisms become more compelling for Govt/non-Govt bodies to respond the methods of not answering become more rigorous.
As soon as you hear that an enquiry has been set up to investigate something you know that answers will be thorough but vague, lengthy to the point of obfuscation - and most importantly delayed to the point of irrelevance.
