4th day running now there's been a 1st winter female Lapland Bunting showing well at Staines Reservoir.
Was quite easy to locate, easiest it to park in the carpark along the B378 (Town Lane), normally on the Causeway fencing or actually on the footpath.
Bird is very confiding, was able to get within 20ft of it, even then it just flew up the path a little.
