This little fluffball was seen in Morningside Park, Scarborough, Ontario Sept 9/20. It was quite far, I had to use digi zoom & lighten the photo a bit so eyes could be seen. He was sitting in tree near a beaver pond. I know photo isn't all that great. I couldn't find anything that looked like this in my book

I agree with Rose-breasted Grosbeak, but it could be a young male. They are definitely not tiny little birds. Just another example of how difficult it is to gauge size in certain situations.
 
Thank you all. I never would have thought of checking grosbeaks, Like I said it was a real good distance away. Looked tiny with naked eye & with digi zoom it still looked tiny. Looked at a photo I already had of a female, & spot on, Thanks again
