I saw this little bird at one of Cranberry Marshes lookouts on Halls road in Whitby, Ontario on Sept 10. Thought at first maybe a warbler or vireo but beak looks too short & wrong colour. The big eye rings throws me too/

Wow thank you, I already had a male, Never a female, My cam is getting old, Sometimes anything white gets really white
