Robber Fly? Spain (1 Viewer)

This little gem was lurking on boulders on the side of The Rio Genal in South West Spain.

I think it's a robber fly, but which species?

The black bee with the iridescent blue wings cropped up at a number of places

I guess that the bee is a carpenter bee form genus Xylocopa.
Don't know about the robber fly - it looks very pretty though ;)
