    Flotsam becomes jetsam

    ... but it turned out to be just a piece of driftwood. Not edible after all, so he dropped it, and now it is jetsam.

    Caught some flotsam

    I stopped for coffee and lunch and a leg stretch in Oamaru - steampunk capitol of ... the world, or just of New Zealand? Not sure. Lunch and coffee were excellent, as was the walk in stormy weather along the foreshore. The storm was whipping up waves full of sand and flotsam along the sea wall...
