    An Ashy Woodswallow of a big and rowdy flock (~30 birds) that gathered on top of this Coral Tree to feed on its nectar-rich flowers. When disturbed, they all took off briefly before gracefully gliding back to the branches.

    It's spring time here in Vietnam, where these colorful flowers blossom, especially in the more temperate and cold regions of the country such as Da Lat. This has attracted many tourists and, unsuprisingly, birds like these Indian White-eyes that came to feed on the nectar.

    A Black-headed Sibia singing in the late morning hours in Da Lat, Vietnam. The Black-headed Sibia can only be found in China, Laos, and Vietnam. This particular sub-species, the Lang Bian, with its distinctive streaked ear, is only found in and around Da Lat.

    Male Mrs.Goulds Sunbird, also called Gould's Sunbird and in the new Lynx/Birdlife International Scarlet-breasted Sunbird. This is the Sub-species common in the Dalat region of Vietnam known as Annam Sunbird Aethopyga gouldiae (annamensis)
