    Pacific Reef Herons

    I saw this pair of Pacific Reef Herons, a light morph and a dark morph, on the north east coast of Heron Island. Besides the Pacific Reef Herons you can also hear a high pitched call which is the call from an Australian Oystercatcher.

    Black-naped Terns

    I was about to depart Heron Island on that day, and I noticed a group of terns at the coast. Since I have noticed that there were some terns amongst them which I have never seen before, I went down to lay on the ground and film these very interesting terns.
