    Big Bend Tree Lizard (Urosaurus ornatus subsp. schmidtii) This lizard has a total body length of ca. 16 cm (6.3 in). Photographed in Boquillas Canyon, Big Bend National Park, Brewster County, Texas, USA. Limestone cliffs above the Rio Grande at ca. 570 m (1,870 ft) elevation.
