A Shrike and friend, but who is the friend? (1 Viewer)

Another walk up to the reservoir on Sunday and more sightings of the Great Grey Shrike up there but, I noticed that it was shadowed for a while by this bird on the next fencepost, for a good while. Meadow Pipit? Not a good phot but it would be interesting to know what it was, thanks all. Backwater Reservoir, Angus Glens, Scotland.

The pattern of the tertials suggests a pipit, possibly Meadow.
