Hi everyone,

I am now in my last year of pre-university education and I am planning to do a gap year next year (aug 2025 - July 2026) to travel and see beautiful birds. South Asia is a region which I am very interested in, and I really want to visit this region in November 2025 until February 2026. I don't have any concrete plans, but I was wondering if there are other birders who want to join me, or have such a same idea. Because it is a long period, I will travel on a budget which means I will probably be backpacking and staying in hostels. Countries I want to visit are (I will probably visit 4 of these):

• India (for 6 weeks or so)
• (northern) Thailand (for 4 weeks or so)
• Vietnam (for 4 weeks or so)
• Philippines (for 5 weeks or so)
• Singapore (for a couple of days)

It would be very nice if there are any other birders with such a plan who want to join me and if you just want to go with me to one country, that's also great. Let me know!
